Atlanta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ammega Americas vice president of marketing Steve Facetti stated that Ammega Companies, Megadyne, and Jason Industrial will re-adjust their product architecture to only place conveyor belts under the Megadyne brand. The tube is only placed under the Jason Industrial brand.

For the past 6 years, customers across the Americas have regarded Jason Industrial as a close partner in the supply of industrial and hydraulic hoses and power transmission belts.

This strategic shift "provides a more streamlined alignment of products and brands, and makes our power transmission and fluid power business units more focused," said Kyo Oh, vice president and general manager of these two business units.

Looking to the future, Jason Industrial will become our industrial and hydraulic hose brand, and Megadyne will become our power transmission belt brand. This shift enables the two business units to implement a clear growth strategy and minimize brand confusion in the market. This move also enables the two organizations to better execute in key markets and channels, demonstrating their strong product portfolio and respective industry expertise.
