With more than thirty years of experience within the hose and tube processing equipment industry, OP is pleased to offer to their customers a complete range of products particularly suitable for the industrial hose processing (for instance for oil & gas): crimping machine S 220 ES, cutting machine TF 5 ECO and Insert 08/H.
The crimping machine S 220 ES is ideal for crimping hydraulic hoses up to 3'' 6 spirals and industrial hoses up to 10"; the crimping force is of 450 TON and has a crimping head that can open up to Ø310mm.
The crimping operation becomes even easier thanks to a lower crimping position than the standard while also incorporating a much wider opening, which facilitates the passage of big flanges of various shapes.
The machine boasts the newest ES4 electronic control system with color display and touch screen, self-lubricating moving components, silent pump, back limit switch and a protractor for fittings orientation. Upon request, it can be supplied with dispenser, quick tool, electric pedal, marking dies, bar code and webcam.
The cutting machine TF ECO, with 7,5 kW motor power, is ideal for cutting hydraulic hoses with capacity up to 3" 6 spirals. The new hose bending system (which is made thanks to a couple of adjusting bending pins according to the hose diameter), facilitates the cutting of hoses, even not too long, with big diameters.
Upon request, the machine can be supplied with measuring hose holder, centring device with meter counter (max. 2"), fume extractor and blowing kit.
The INSERT08/H is the new hydraulic equipment for pre-assembling fittings on hydraulic hoses (up to 8" in diameter) and big flanges, before crimping. Provided with an extension for adjusting the cylinder stroke, the positioning on the floor facilitates the handling of long and heavy hoses.
