I always think that all aluminum radiators with all fins are extruded or cast. Although these two are common production methods, I just stumbled upon this crazy-looking alternative:
I really want to know whether the microcracks at the bottom of each fin will slightly reduce the thermal conductivity of the heat sink. Nonetheless, a very cool zero waste method.
